About Kickstart Accounting

Victoria was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, but the military has moved her to Germany, North Carolina, Georgia, and most recently Tennessee – where she currently lives with her husband and dog, Lola. Victoria has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has a passion for helping businesses grow and perfect their processes. During her time living abroad, Victoria discovered her love of traveling. Her favorite place she has traveled to is Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. In her free time, Victoria enjoys yoga, hiking, and kayaking.

Kelsey began her journey at East Carolina University, where she earned her BSBA with a concentration in Accounting. Five years at KSA and hundreds of clients later, Kelsey has seen what works and what doesn’t. She thrives on watching her clients flourish and has made it her mission to support entrepreneurs across the country as they make their dream businesses a reality. Kelsey resides in Fayetteville, NC with her two kids and husband.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to visit her family and friends that live all over.

Aubrey lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with her husband and kids. She graduated from Kansas University (Rock Chalk!) and has been using her expertise in bookkeeping and accounting for three years now. Aubrey is dedicated to helping our clients on their path to success while working their team here at Kickstart. When she isn’t working with numbers or building strong client relationships, you can find her trying new recipes. Aubrey also enjoys refurbishing antique furnishings in her free time!

Kris has been in the field of accounting for 27 years and loves to connect with her clients and help them understand their financials so they can make good business decisions. Kris is very thorough while keeping the big picture in mind. She loves to listen to her clients goals and formulate a plan in order to help them exceed those goals and expectations.

Ali was born and raised in Westlake, OH, and currently lives there with her husband, 3 teenage boys, and 2 boxer dogs, Zoe and Chloe. Ali began her career with a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University. She owned and operated an upscale boutique in Westlake, OH for 20 years before deciding finances were her thing. Since Ali has been at KSA she has provided next-level insight into retail finances. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to visit her son who moved away for college. Ali also enjoys reading or playing tennis when the weather is nice.

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and brings four years of accounting experience to her work. She values integrity, enjoys analyzing and optimizing business processes, and is especially passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs. Fun fact: Erin is a Certified Specialist of Wine and loves exploring new cultures through food, travel, and music.

Kayleigh earned her bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College and brings over three years of accounting experience to her work. She has a rare passion for taxes and loves working closely with clients, especially when complex concepts finally click and help their businesses thrive. Fun fact: Kayleigh used to work in the film industry!

Sarah graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in HR Management. Sarah is extremely detail-oriented and loves to build relationships with her clients. She is married with a sweet little boy and loves to work out in the gym when she’s not working.

Meredith resides in North Carolina, where she received her bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University. With a passion for numbers, Meredith provides a fresh approach to finances. Her favorite part of working at Kickstart is knowing that she is a key component in small business owners effectively running their businesses. In her free time, she enjoys finding new gluten-free cuisines and reading. 

Barb graduated from Ohio State with a bachelor's in marketing, however she found herself doing accounting and has been in the industry for almost 10 years. She enjoys bringing integrity to clients books and finances. In Barb's free time she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her family. 

Amanda attended Blue Ridge Community College and brings a detail-oriented, organized approach to bookkeeping. She is committed to accuracy and approaches her work with care, integrity, and consistency. Amanda enjoys growing her bookkeeping skills and, outside of work, loves learning about psychology and human behavior.

Heather loves unraveling financial “mysteries” and bringing clarity to complex data. With over 15 years in accounting and a degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill, she’s detail-oriented and driven by accuracy and efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and is starting to sell her art prints at fandom events.

Stacie has been working in accounting for over 10 years. She enjoys bookkeeping because numbers make sense and she loves to solve problems! Stacie enjoys working with people and is extremely detail oriented.

Kat originally went to school for Science before switching degrees to Business and Finance at Fayetteville State University. Kat’s passion is to help others and loves to be able to help her clients keep track of their finances. Her favorite season is autumn and loves to take road trips with her family.

Katie's favorite aspect of bookkeeping is when all of the pieces of data come together and add up, successfully outlining where a business is at and what the future can hold. Her goal is to assist in organizing data and identifying patterns that will lead to peace of mind and long-term business success. Katie enjoys spending time with family and being outside in nature.

Brooke has her CPA and Master's in Accounting from East Carolina University. She loves that the accounting world is always changing and can provide a challenge. She loves to help her clients and be able to provide great advice.

Casaundra is an experienced tax professional with over 13 years in the field. She earned her master's degree in accounting at Liberty University. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to understanding her clients’ needs. She thrives on being a trusted partner in their business journeys. Outside of work, Casaundra enjoys reading, crafting, volunteering, and solving puzzles, with a favorite cup of herbal tea in hand. She is also ambidextrous and shares her life with a sassy cat named Cali.
