As the business owner, need to be preparing for different seasons in your business.
Perhaps you have an increase in orders in the winter months, due to the holidays, if that's the case will you need to hire seasonal workers?
Or on the other hand, maybe winter is your company's slow season and you need to be setting aside cash, or become creative in new ways to make additional money during this season.
Take some time to calculate your fixed monthly expenses to determine the amount you will need to set aside.
